Manila, Philippines — Innovation took center stage as Filipino developers introduced payment technologies designed for practical, real-world use during Morph’s Build In! Payments Hackathon, where Sniffy emerged as the competition’s grand champion.
Built for founders and product teams, Sniffy allows AI agents to autonomously purchase and access App Store Optimization (ASO) data. By integrating ASO research directly into agentic workflows, the platform removes the need for manual dashboard monitoring while helping improve app discoverability across both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Organized by Morph, in partnership with Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative and DvCode Technologies Inc., the hackathon challenged participants to build payment-focused applications under five categories: Cross-Border Remittance, SME Payments, Payroll/B2B, FX Treasury, and x402 Agentic Payments.
The event also recognized several standout projects. Mandate402 received the top award for x402 Agentic Payments, Centrus Sovereign won Cross-Border Remittance, Ember topped SME Payments, PayMemo secured the Payroll/B2B category, Agent Mesh received the Community Choice Award, while Echo earned the Blockchain4Youth Award.

Together, the winning projects highlighted both technical excellence and the collaborative culture that continues to shape the country’s rapidly growing Web3 developer ecosystem.
Developers competed for a total 3,500 USDC prize pool before showcasing their work during the program’s awarding ceremony at YSpaces BGC in Taguig City.
The initiative also served as an introduction to the Morph ecosystem, allowing participants to explore its technology, engage with the community, and discover opportunities to continue building within the platform.
“At Bitget, we believe the future of Web3 starts with investing in people,” said Gracy Chen, Chief Executive Officer. “Through Blockchain4Youth, our goal is to empower the next generation of builders by giving them access to learning opportunities where they can grow their skills with confidence. Supporting initiatives like the hackathon reflects our commitment to helping aspiring builders take their first steps toward building payment solutions.”
Learning remained a central component of the program through mentorship sessions, collaborative development, and technical discussions with ecosystem partners.
Participants also heard insights from Eli Rabadon, CEO of DvCode Technologies Inc. and author of Programming4Youth: Code Like a Cook, who encouraged aspiring innovators to embrace experimentation, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.
“The Build In! Payments Hackathon reflects Morph’s vision of nurturing a builder-first ecosystem where developers gain practical experience, exchange ideas, and grow together,” said David Hsiao, Chief Marketing Officer of Morph.
Through the initiative, Morph, Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth, and DvCode Technologies Inc. continue working toward a shared goal of strengthening innovation through education, collaboration, and community-driven development.
